Prior to becoming a full-time agent, He worked in different customer-focused sales positions for the 3D animation industry. Richard was also fortunate to have been a part of a number of 3D effects programs that became award-winning collaborations. Due to his passion for investing in residential real estate and his ability to relate to people in a positive, goal oriented manner, this desire drew him to a real estate career.
