Neal was in real estate with Better Homes and Gardens on Mercer Island in the Seattle area and has a marketing and advertising background.
For 10 years, he produced trade shows and conferences in the technology sector. Twenty years ago, Neal decided to go back into real estate and joined Donna as her partner at Coldwell Banker. Neal was a Keynote Speaker at the 2003 California Association of Realtors conference in San Diego.

Donna has been in real estate since she joined Contempo Realty in 1994. Active in community service activities, she is past president of the Almaden Valley Women's Club. Donna has been a member and past president of the Board of Directors of the Almaden Valley Counseling Service and is the past president of its Auxiliary. Donna has served as Vice-President of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS ™.
